Just thinking about keeping ramen in my prep stash. Sure, it ain't the healthiest, but it's super cheap and fills you up. I've got a few cases tucked away, but I'm kinda curious about their shelf life past the date. Anyone have tips on better storage than just leaving the packs in the box? Also, do you folks actually rotate your ramen? Any tricks to make it more worthwhile in an emergency? Seems like they last longer than they say!
