Cleaning kit recommendations?

Mine's a mess. I got random brushes and patches from different kits all mixed together. Half of it doesn't even fit the guns I own anymore, so I need to start fresh. What cleaning kit do you guys actually use and like?

Otis or Real Avid kits cover most calibers, or just grab BoreSnakes and good brushes

Depends on what is to be cleaned and at what location - at the field, range, or back at the ranch - and what kinda firearm.

The list is wide, deep, and varied for each.
