Got your partner into shooting?

For those who got their partner interested in guns when they weren't before, how'd you do it? What worked? I'm trying to get mine to at least try the range once but she's not having it. I need some tips from people who successfully made it happen.

I stopped pushing and made it casual. Short session, no pressure, .22 only, and we left early. When she was talking about quitting, I allowed her. Later on, she was willing to come back.

My local gun club has a regularly scheduled women’s day where any women - even non-members - can come and learn to shoot. All done under proper supervision by CRO and other members who help out. Prior to that, my wife had only shot once or twice - she now owns 3 different pistols and shoots regularly.
