I like shooting with friends occasionally, but solo sessions let me focus entirely on my technique without distractions. It's almost meditative..but yeah both have their place and serve different purposes.

I'm a loner at the range. This is my main hobby and I try to stay focused on different things I'm doing on a range day. Load testing, scope testing, tripod shooting, maximum point blank range testing on different calibers, etc. etc.. Most of the time it's only one thing I'm working on, but even then I'd rather not have anyone with me.

I’m friendly, just not when I’m busy arguing with my rifle again today
